So I’ve served my country and family for 20 years now. I donate to FR and love to sign in to learn from other Freepers since I am relatively new to politics (though I’ve voted GOP for 20 years).
So I post some of my thoughts in hopes to find out what others think and I get you turds, hurling personal insults.
Kiss my ass.
Good for you. I agree. I don’t see the need for personal insults and it’s obvious that you weren’t trolling.
Thank you for your service. This is my biggest problem with the Palin Cult: anyone who doesn’t automatically agree or has misgivings about Gov. Palin is made the target of personal attacks.
“So I post some of my thoughts in hopes to find out what others think...”
Well, you accomplished your goal because I gave you what I think.
The snide remarks you read were not focussed on you directly, I was carful with my wording as to keep it from being personal..... unless they apply.
Then I directed this comment to you, “Instead, look at why she did it and what she has done for our country over the past two years.”. I find your response to that simple suggestion a bit over the top. Maybe you actually drank that Kool-Aid I was teasing you about.
As for your background... good for you. I served my country over 40 years ago when it wasn’t popular. I served my community for 30 years, now retired. I am a monthly donor to FR and I have never voted anything other than GOP.
Now, it was not my intention to bash you, specifically, but you’re probably going to be just as upset with this post as you were with the last one.
One more time: “Instead, look at why she did it and what she has done for our country over the past two years.” I know those words might further ruin your day, but it seemed like a reasonable suggestion to me.
I do want you to know that I appreciate your attempt to bond with me, but no, I won’t be kissing your ass.
So I post some of my thoughts in hopes to find out what others think
***Maybe you should read the title of the thread before engaging in trollish behavior. You say yourself that you’re relatively new to politics. Then it would become you to lurk before you leap.
