Palin on record as for carbon credits:
“Q: Let me clear something up: Sen. McCain has said he supports caps on carbon emissions.
Sen. Obama has said he supports clean coal technology, which I dont believe youve always supported. Do you support capping carbon emissions?
PALIN: I do. I do.”

Here support for the whole climate change bundle is even more explicit in the 2007 Executive Order: http://www.gov.state.ak.us/admin-orders/238.html
She even sought federal funding for the work of the panel:
8. the identification of federal and state mechanisms for financing climate change activities in Alaska, including research and adaptation projects;
Support for the notion of greenhouse gas registries:
9. the potential benefits of Alaska participating in regional, national, and international climate policy agreements and greenhouse gas registries;
Intent to join the carbon-trading market. (The carbon-trading market can only exist if there are carbon caps, hence the phrase "cap and trade")
13. the opportunities for Alaska to participate in carbon-trading markets, including the offering of carbon sequestration;
Putting her criticism of the Cap and Trade bill that the Democrats are proposing, she is solidly on record as supporting cap and trade as a concept.
