Well, yay, this guy is a jerk and would participate in mass murder; but like several of these “terrorist” sting operations the past 5 yrs, would not likely have created the plan without being coaxed into doing so.
What seems to be the MO of these FBI “operations” is the following;
Some loudmouth is heard boasting in a bar , or on the internet, that he hates Americans and would be a Jihadist if he had the chance.
Someone within earshot calls authorities.
The FBI sets up an undercover operation and casually runs into this guy, usually of low intellegence, and over time befriends him and gains his trust.
The undercover “friend” suggests a bombing and lures the “jihadist” into a cooperative act of terrorism.
The undercover guys make the false bomb and assign the “jihadist” to be the driver, or lookout, etc.
The fake operation is carried out, and the low intellegence “jihadist” is arrested for attempting to commit a terroritst act.
This type of low-intellegence operation has been carried out several times during the Bush and Obama adminstrations; I believe at lease once in NY (Bronx) and once in Miami. It supposedly makes the FBI, etc. look “good” and appears as it they are stopping terrorist acts.
But, as noted above, none of these type of terrorist acts would have occurred unless they lured some jerk, albeit one with outwardly hateful HOPES, into THEIR plan.
It appears the only purpose of these operations is to feather the FBI’s own nest.
Bronxx’s point is that these people wouldn’t have committed these crimes if it were not for the work of the FBI. In other words, the FBI gives them enough resources and planning to make something happen. Without the FBI’s help, there would be no crime, or attempted crime.
Another big problem with that idiot’s comments, Muslims do not hang out in bars. 1) Alcohol is a NO NO, and 2) gays in bars are a no no. and 3) loose women with no hair coverings and shirts above the level of the bottom of their butts are “fouled” women.
Looking for Muslims in a bar is about as effective as strip searching the grandma in the wheelchair at the airport.
Liberals... what can you say? Stuck on stupid just does not seem to cover it anymore.
