The House should pass legislation that requires the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service managers and staff from GS 9 and above visit the polar bear habitat for at least 2 days each year and ascertain the health of at least one bear on each trip.

Great idea - with one caveat -- one bear and report for each member of the team; not five reports on the same bear!
