The Left Whacks Palin. Forgets Obama’s Greatest Hits
http://radioviceonline.com/ ^ | November 26, 2010 | Jim Vicevich

I am not sure why the lefties have once again made the lovely Sarah Palin a big time target for personal hits again … but so be it. Much is being made of Sarah’s gaffe on Becky’s show. It wasn’t much of a gaffe as you will see. But it has left them open to a very special holiday rerun of the “One’s” most memorable moments, which I have conveniently compiled for you all. Read on my little mobsters. Read on.

First the Palin gaffe. Speaking with Glenn Beck this week Palin was explaining why America needs to stand strong with South Korea as it faces an ever crazier (Is that possible?) North Korea, after it’s wild shelling of South Korea.

A Thanksgiving Message to All 57 States
.by Sarah Palin on Thursday, November 25, 2010 at 5:46pm.My fellow Americans in all 57 states, the time has changed for come. With our country founded more than 20 centuries ago, we have much to celebrate – from the FBI’s 100 days to the reforms that bring greater inefficiencies to our health care system. We know that countries like Europe are willing to stand with us in our fight to halt the rise of privacy, and Israel is a strong friend of Israel’s. And let’s face it, everybody knows that it makes no sense that you send a kid to the emergency room for a treatable illness like asthma and they end up taking up a hospital bed. It costs, when, if you, they just gave, you gave them treatment early, and they got some treatment, and ah, a breathalyzer, or an inhalator. I mean, not a breathalyzer, ah, I don’t know what the term is in Austrian for that…

Of course, the paragraph above is based on a series of misstatements and verbal gaffes made by Barack Obama (I didn’t have enough time to do one for Joe Biden). YouTube links are provided just in case you doubt the accuracy of these all too human slips-of-the-tongue. If you can’t remember hearing about them, that’s because for the most part the media didn’t consider them newsworthy. I have no complaint about that. Everybody makes the occasional verbal gaffe – even news anchors.

Obviously, I would have been even more impressed if the media showed some consistency on this issue. Unfortunately, it seems they couldn’t resist the temptation to turn a simple one word slip-of-the-tongue of mine into a major political headline. The one word slip occurred yesterday during one of my seven back-to-back interviews wherein I was privileged to speak to the American public about the important, world-changing issues before us.

If the media had bothered to actually listen to all of my remarks on Glenn Beck’s radio show, they would have noticed that I refer to South Korea as our ally throughout, that I corrected myself seconds after my slip-of-the-tongue, and that I made it abundantly clear that pressure should be put on China to restrict energy exports to the North Korean regime. The media could even have done due diligence and checked my previous statements on the subject, which have always been consistent, and in fact even ahead of the curve. But why let the facts get in the way of a good story? (And for that matter, why not just make up stories out of thin air – like the totally false hard news story which has run for three days now reporting that I lobbied the producers of “Dancing with the Stars” to cast a former Senate candidate on their show. That lie is further clear proof that the media completely makes things up without doing even rudimentary fact-checking.)

“Hope springs eternal” as the poet says. Let’s hope that perhaps, just maybe, they might get it right next time. When we the people are effective in holding America’s free press accountable for responsible and truthful reporting, then we shall all have even more to be thankful for!

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

- Sarah Palin

All the screen captures shows why in 2012 Obama needs to be given his walking papers.

Sarah left out Obama’s repeated use of “Navy corpse men”.

As Rush has said, Sarah Palin lives in the minds of the left rent-free.

I consider my parents and all my brothers and sisters as pretty good bellweathers for Palin, in fact, for a general look into public attitudes.

My parents are salt of the earth, listen faithfully to conservative talk radio, find Sarah very refreshing and will vote for her again if they get the chance.

I have six sisters, all but two listen to conservative talk radio. Of the two who don't listen to conservative talk radio, neither of them like Sarah. One of them is a loony liberal and is usually in the crowd at Susan Sarandon's demonstrations. The other liberal sister is wonderfully confused, but she does listen to Dave Ramsey, and he is turning her into an economic conservative. It doesn't help that she looks like Sarah Palin. One of my other conservative sisters does not like Sarah, but then she hated Phyllis Schlafly and tends to be an economic-only conservative. The other three sisters clearly like Sarah.

All three of my brothers listen to conservative talk radio at varying degrees and speak actively according to their interest. All of them like Sarah and think that she is awfully cute. One brother teases my sister who looks like Sarah about when she (my sister) is going to run for office.

I know its just one family, but whether Sarah runs for president or not, watching the left fall apart is a rather fun get-your-popcorn-out kind of thing to do.

Why? because she represents revolution. the same revolution that Washington, Jefferson, and Paine represented. The return of individual freedom and responsibility.

If you will notice, he said he had been to 57 states but not yet to Alaska or Hawaii. That would be 59 states in his mind. And the American public elected a doofus like that.

Yep it does happen all the time.

This is why I am a big fan of the marine “corpse man” gaffe. The left likes to make fun of how GWB pronounced the word “nuclear”, (which is just an accent BTW, like how some people say i-dear for idea, it is a product of where they grew up). But the way Obama says corpse-man twice in the same statement, shows he may not understand what the word. So which is a sign of intelligence?

A couple of more additions to the list of Obama gaffes: Cinco de Quatro and I see dead people.

It’s even worse. He said he’d been to 57 and had one more to visit, plus saying staff wouldn’t let him go to Alaska or Hawaii. There were 60 states in his mind.

The left will always tell you who they fear. If Sarah wasn’t a threat to them, they wouldn’t even acknowledge her.

Thanks and you are correct. In thinking back he did say what you said. So, in addition to all his other wonderful God-like qualities he is a time traveller. I wonder where the new states will be?

I wonder where the new states will be?

I periodically hear taxpayer paid radio ads whining about America's State of Poverty. He can certainly take some credit for that! With food stamps at all time highs he's contributing to our State of Obesity. And he's moved the MSM into a State of Denial.
