From the article:

“We want the products gone,” said Michael J. Scippa, a spokesman for the Marin Institute, a group that has led the charge against Four Loko. “We find them to be of no redeeming value whatsoever. We are asking the FDA to intervene because they have the ability to say caffeine should not be an ingredient in an alcoholic beverage.”

Apparently, the new criteria for products is redeeming value and the government has the power to decide which ones have redeeming value.

The Marin institute - Government hacks and educators from California.

Yup, just what we need. Losers from a failure of a state to regulate and dictate what the rest of the nation should do, eat, smoke, drink.

Their main target - “BIG ALCOHOL”

And it’s ALL about the money. Your “welfare” is one big effing smokescreen.

Thanks for the heads up on this LEFT WING organization.

We find them to be of no redeeming value whatsoever.

Then partake of them do not!

You might be, no you certainly are, a libtard if you think that something you don't like should be banned for everbody.
