Bunch of folks in nearby Afghanistan look terribly Mongolian, and are, in fact, decendents of Mongols who held the territory for quite some time. You find fewer Paks who look Mongol, but they are there. There are even people in India who look Mongol, but more interesting are the Chinese looking folks in Eastern India ~

There are OVERLAPS between Central and East Asia, Central and South Asia, and East Asian and South Asia.

Check out the names of the nations in the Mahabarat when they assemble for the battle between Truth and un-Truth. There are Turcic speakers in the mix, and Chinese.

India is not isolated from the world.

I have had India, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis in my crews and they look nothing like my Asian In laws the wifes side LOL
