As long as they had some kind of 'reasonable suspicion' based on psychological techniques, profiling, and K-9's, I say do whatever kind of search it takes to ensure bombs don't get on the plane.
This RANDOM SEARCH of non-Muslims only has not produced ONE SINGLE BOMB yet.
Biggest reason: TSA agents don't want to search people who really have a bomb. It might go off. They are scored on number of passengers searched, not on number of bombs found. Ergo....

If public schools are subject to the First Amendment to the Constitution (interpreted as “no school prayers”) ... why is it that the TSA, a Federal Agency, is not subject to the Fourth and Fifth Amendments (no search without a warrant signed by a judge with probable cause, no strip search even in Prison)?
And don’t tell me that their rules require me to waive them as a condition for taking a commercial air flight. By definition, the Federal Government cannot require you to waive your rights to perform a legal action.
