Autistic children can't be touched and there are some adults in which even a touch by a souse can lead to anxiety and must be approached with care. There are also adults that were molested as a child in which physical invasion such as this is highly re-traumatizing. Rape victims too. The point is the government is crossing boundaries that even loved ones have trouble crossing. Something is very wrong with this picture.
