The law making these “charges” illegal WAS NOT WRITTEN OR IN EFFECT when he did this. He did nothing wrong. It was NOT illegal at the time. I am no Delay fan, but the verdict is clearly wrong. Appeal!

This mirrors what I said. I have heard Delay explain this and there is NO WAY he is guilty of anything. Franky, investigate and prosecute the Democrats perpetrating this fraud.
