What is odd to me is that it apparently was just fine for the corporations to donate to DeLay.

Since 1903, Texas has prohibited corporations from giving money to candidates directly or indirectly.

DeLay took corporate money donated to a PAC, and channeled it to Republicans running for Legislative Office in Texas.

The article says it was "his" PAC. They give it to me, they give it to my PAC, they give it to my mom....a distinction without a difference.
