Yes, since he was convicted of a Texas crime, he may be (and can only be) pardoned by the Governor.

Well, that’s out of the question. Perry could be walking around with one of DeLay’s donated kidneys, no way would he sacrifice his yellow brick road to the WH over some Republican damsel in distress.

Perry is the perfect example of what people mean when they say ‘there is no difference between Republicans and Democrats.’

There’s only haves and have-nots.
