OK now I’m really mad. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. Yesterday there was a post about a man who refused both the molestation and the backscatter scan. He stayed calm the whole time, but stood his ground. After 2.5 hours the TSA let him go. Judge Napalitano(sp) says it’s against the law for the government to do anything to you that is criminal. And then he quoted a law but, sure wish I could remember what it was. 4th amendment maybe? Civil liberties? Just can’t remember :(
Pistole should be fired and sued by everyone that had this done to them.

Yes, he was citing the 4th amendment, which (should) protect us from searches without probable cause.
