Obama’s delayed response to this incident of “outrage” is uncharacteristic and somewhat puzzling. The delay suggests that someone is giving him advice and he is taking it. He may be coming to realize that bowing and apologizing is not going solve the world’s problems. His foreign policy failures have been at least as spectacular as his domestic failures, if not more so.

Morris said it was 2 1/2 years before Clinton even CONSIDERED making a foreign policy decision. And he was at least TRYING to be a good president.
