This is an absolute disaster. Cooley has been a great DA for L.A. County, he would have been a great AG for California. Harris is such an absurd joke (she had no police support since she's refused to prosecute cop killers), it's hard to conceptualize. She will be an umitigated disaster. Her 'victory' is the death knell for the state: California will not have a single Republican statewide constitutional office holder.

Don't take it so hard!
Why just the other day I heard that at least some of the people who voted for Harris were actually NOT illegal aliens, or dead.
Viva Aztlán, baby!

California will not have a single Republican statewide constitutional office holder. Cali conservatives... escape from there while you can. You'll be glad you did!

Moreover, about two-thirds of the remaining votes are in counties that Harris carried, including Contra Costa, Monterey and Sonoma. Forget it, Cooley. You fought the good fight, but if you're relying on votes from THOSE counties, it's over.

If Harris gets the seat, she’ll do great damage to RKBA issues. She’ll be a legal advocate against business interests, for envirowhacko’s and against personal freedoms.

CA has been gone for a long time. This is just the final nail in the coffin. Will the last conservative leaving the State please turn out the lights.

If a popular Republican from Los Angeles can't win statewide where L.A. & the Bay Area effectively decide elections, in bad economic times where the mood nationally was against the Democrats, what hope do Republicans have going forward in CA?
Total shutout. Zero gains. Pathetic.

She will fit right in with the Moonbeam II administration. Let the Dems get all the credit when Kalifornia goes completely belly up in the next couple of years.
