Sheeple training school. Got to hand it to old Mullah Obama the man does follow through. At the end of the day we are being tested by awful bullies. Old story.

I was thinking about this some more. TSA wants to screen international passengers before they take connecting flights. That is understandable considering places like the Athens airport.
Wouldn't it be better to set up the international concourse right next to baggage claim so international arrivals are all dumped into the unsecure area. You would reduce the number of checkpoints and even TSA could find some improved efficiencies in that.
I wonder if B concourse is the only one that can handle the bigger aircraft? Just something to think about.

My In-laws returned from their annual vacation in Mexico two weeks ago and said it was the easiest time they ever had getting through airport security. The scanning machines were not turned on, and there was no alternate pat down. Leads me to believe international flights from Mexico are pretty lax.

‘Because terrorists from the middle east have to arrive in America?”
yep, and we KNOW they don’t come across the southern border so we must focus on citizens returning from abroad.

I like it.
I would have liked it more if the cops had turned on the TSA parasites and arrested them for harassment, civil rights violations, or threatening behavior, but this is a great first move.
Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

Citizens that profile correctly should be scanned on arrival. Your comment was directed to why there should be scanners for arrival, as opposed to departure. For that question, there is an obvious answer.
Do you really want to trust the French to screen out terrorists when they take off from Orly? Or Algeria? Or Yemen?

Why not, we have just as many muslims working in our airports as they do theirs.

If you don't advocate Constitutional Rights, do not be irked when you are treated like a terrorist in your own country. Rights, like muscles, work best when exercised. Before offering that little lecture to the author, I suggest you try doing what he just did.

i love this thread! very well done-you let them dissect their own stupid rules
I’m so happy for you that you stood your ground and handled everything calmly. If only everyone could go thru like this.

Atlanta’s airport is the same way for arriving passengers from overseas.
You go through customs, passport stamping, etc, then you take your “Checked Baggage” to an area that takes it upstairs to the baggage area (for those that Atlanta is final destination). Then you have to go through TSA because they have no pathway that gets you out of the “secured area” into the main terminal.
They are building an International Terminal, let us hope the designers developed a pathway so arriving passengers whose final destination is Atlanta can avoid the “secured area”

Because terrorists from the middle east have to arrive in America? Seems like that should be handled by Immegration. TSA is Transportation Safety Admin. This guys "transportation" was done.
To: ModelBreaker
Do they operate scanners and indecent gropings along the southern border at crossing points?

Nicely done. Interesting to see everyone trying to pass the buck around, in the absence of any legitimate authority for them to frisk the guys privates. What I find to be most interesting about this is that it is quite obvious that they actually have no authority to do anything to him. If they could have done anything, you can be quite sure they would have. IOW, the entire exercise is a complete bluff.

On international flights I have had it both ways. Sometimes you pass through immigration and customs while not leaving the secure area and you can then go on to your next flight without re-screening. In other cases you exit customs and also exit the secure area. You then have to go through security again.
I did learn one thing at international security, especially in Hong Kong. Never, never, never, never get in line behind Muslim women. They are always, always carrying something that is not allowed. And then they argue endlessly trying to get the security guys to allow them to go through. A longer line without Muslim women is a better choice if you are in a hurry.

I’m wondering if his name is now flagged in a database somewhere.
