Barack Obama’s close and longtime relationship with failed Broadway Bank Vice President Alexi Giannoulias raises further questions of just how deeply Obama swims in the corrupted waters of Chicago politics…
President Obama and fellow Democrat and former executive of now-failed Broadway Bank Alexi Giannoulias have known one another for well over a decade. Both men’s political careers were running similar arcs until Obama catapulted to national prominence following his speech at the 2004 Democratic Party National Convention. While Giannoulias remained in Illinois to serve as Treasurer, Obama won a position as a United States Senator, and shortly after, the White House.
Here is a video showing then Senator Barack Obama’s strong endorsement of Giannoulias for Illinois State Treasurer, pointing out that it was Giannoulias’ experience as a banker that qualified him for the position of treasurer. Within three years of this endorsement, the Giannoulias-run Broadway Bank would be taken over by the Feds, having over extended itself with a series of high risk real estate loans.

lol, I think most of us know that we have no clue who is who in any of 0’s life or articles we read about things. This particular article isn’t really speculation or rumor though. Is it? Do I need more coffee?

I guess so. The last couple have been at the socberty. Not sure of the reason.
What we’ve long suspected.
Ulsterman is an avowed fake.
It’s just that people actually think Ulterman is real. They want it to be real.
Ulterman articles should be labeled fiction.
I don’t believe we’ve seen the last of it.

It’s amusing to me that you people accuse him of being a Democrat now that you see that he’s tricked you. This has nothing to do with politics. This is a guy trying to make a living in the easiest way possible.
I’m happy to see that most of you have finally figured out that Ulsterman is a liar, but it saddens me to see that you have not learned your lesson. To meander into other conspiracy theories (it’s Clinton operatives!) is disheartening.
Ulsterman is a liar who wants to make money. There is no white house insider. Lots of powerful people have millions of dollars at stake in politics, and there’s nothing they love more than seeing people wrapped up in partisan bickering.
You’re all so suspicious of Democrats that you’re willing to let conservatives take advantage of you. I hope you can avoid being played. I really do.

Regardless of whether there’s any actual “insider” it’s been a great lark and if someone’s having a laugh at our expense- let em. They can wallow in that smug, self-satisfied feeling that liberals are so addicted to ..
I still say the “White Hut Insider” story is fake.
It’s a good read but a narrative of fiction based on what is already known.
Hmmmmm...so the equally mysterious ‘Joe Baron’ appears now....LOL!! Joe sounds like Frum or some other ‘bi-partisan’ rino from the past...perhaps David Weigel?
I’m the world’s least mysterious person. And unlike the other people involved in these threads, I did actual reporting and had no intention of tricking anybody for personal gain.
Except that I actually do want to be a writer and I do want people to read my real article. But I think that it is worth reading.

Alright, let me go over this for those of you who missed it or are confused. My name is Sam, I am an aspiring journalist from Minnesota. I was following Ulsterman’s “White House Insider” series and writing an article about it. Ulsterman writes for Triond, who publishes articles on Newsflavor and Socyberty, among others. I signed up for Triond to see what it was all about. When you submit an article to Triond, you select a category — if you pick “News,” your article is published on Newsflavor. If you pick “society,” your article is published on socyberty. I wrote an article called “Ulsterman Articles Revealed to be a Hoax” to see if I could publish it on Newsflavor.
Sure enough, Newsflavor published my article claiming that Ulsterman’s articles were fake. While it was my belief that his insider was made up, my article was also fake. After a few hours, Triond deleted my article. I went on Triond’s forum and asked their users why it happened. They told me that Triond didn’t want any content on their site discrediting Ulsterman, because he attracted lots of readers with his articles, which almost everyone on Triond knows are fake.

Joe Baron is a fake name, that article is fake. If you read the comments section, I tell you that it’s fake. For three days, I was unaware that the article had been published on Associated Content. In this time, somebody on this forum posted a link to it. So you guys brought me into the conversation without me even being aware of the fact that my fake article was on the internet. I had no idea. I found out that the article was published by reading a thread on here, oddly enough.

There is no “proof” that Ulsterman’s articles are fake, but if you read my article, you’ll understand what I’m saying. Triond is full of liars, who sit around and try to make up the biggest lie to attract the most readers to make the most money. They publish articles saying that Lady Gaga is dead, Justin Bieber is dead, cancer has been cured, George Bush is a satanist, and a White House Insider dishes dirt on Obama. They’re all made up. That’s what Triond is.
So that’s where I’m coming from. I want to be a writer, and I’m writing about digital media and Triond. I’m not a Democrat or a Republican and I’m not writing about Obama or the White House and I have no affiliations or connections with anybody. I’m just a guy who did the research and is telling you that Ulsterman is BS and there is no insider. And, as some people here have suspected, all signs point to Anthony G. Martin being Ulsterman. It’s just common sense.
I hope that clears everything up. I’m not here to troll or crash your party. I won’t be a regular poster here. I’m here because I have something relevant to say and it should be of interest to you. Alright?
