Won't ever happen. SK already backed down on the placement of tactical nukes which is what China and NK wanted. He knows it and this is just damage control.
The only good thing I see coming out of this whole mess is maybe waking up a few more people to how Obama’s foreign policy is placing us in more and more danger.
