That's OK. This is an operation to scare the sh*t out of NK’s adversaries(SK’s allies political establishment and SK’s general public.) Fire lots of artillery shells. Hit some village and military base. Produce fire and mayhem. That is the objective and it is apparently successful.

I don’t know much about artillery but I don’t think that’s a very good hit to miss ratio. I agree. If you're aiming for targets on an island you should be able to at least hit the island with EVERY round.
