Was looking at this last night. A couple of hours after the shooting started at about 6:30 PM their time traffic showed heavy in the city center and moderate to light elsewhere like about any other major city. I didn't expect Seoul to be on a war footing like Tel Aviv was during the Scud attacks but I did expect to see some extraordinary activity there. Nothing.

If true, then Kim jung IL has a death wish and wants to see a little Armageddon befoe he dies of the disease he has.
