If CO2 makes up 3/10,000 of our atmosphere, we can skip through sustainable meadows with unicorns.

If CO2 makes up 4/10,000 of our atmosphere, the planet will be wrecked and at least a billion people will die.

Makes lots of sense, don’t it. BTW, there’s less CO2 in the atmosphere than freakin’ argon. ]

Don’t you know, silly? Argon is used to make Argyle socks of course. It was also used by the Hollywood Argyles in their sound effects.
