Ummm, from someone who has been here since almost the beginning of FR, I guess I am still surprised. People on this political website, this very political website, are interested in making a political statement?

There are exceptions. Right now there's a thread on a woman stuck in a bathroom. We've had threads on other things, such as pets etc----and let's not forget the huge thread every season on American Idol.
