You are right about that, she is not real in her face because of so much plastic surgery,and Botox. Now she has obviously had steroid injections, and her normal non puffy but very tight face is puffy,but the skin is like a drum. OMG she could bounce a bowling ball off those cheeks.

I do not know why these woman vandalize their bodies like this.
