An FB expert said Wednesday that former congressman Gary Condit's DNA was found on underwear belonging to murdered intern Chandra Levy, but was not found on any clothing from the crime scene.
Giusti testified that panties taken from Levy's condo in 2001 tested positive for sperm, and DNA linked it to Condit. Underwear found at the crime scene was also tested, but an initial test found nothing. However, a second test on the underwear six years later found male DNA, he said, but that it did not match Guandique. Prosecutors said the DNA hit was a result of contamination after the evidence was removed from Rock Creek Park.

Fallen ex-U.S. Rep. Gary Condit has defiantly denied under oath that he had a steamy affair with doomed intern Chandra Levy flying in the face of allegations from police and her family that he did, NBC's "Today" show reports. Yet his sperm was found in Chandra's underwear identified by the FBI. Why wasn't he arrested for perjury?
Asked in a recent deposition, "Can you describe in general terms your relationship with Ms. Levy?" the gray-haired ex-congressman from California tersely replied: "We were friends."
"Did you relationship ever become romantic?" Condit is pressed again.
"No," he replied, according to a transcript of the explosive deposition, parts of which are set to air today and tomorrow on the TV news show.

Remember the woman who accused Kobe Bryant? She had DNA from 3 different men in her drawers.

Scarborough, that Rino on MSNBC, was best friends with Condit. He had a DEAD intern turn up in his office.
