Secret Service has a list reputed to contain 400,000 names of people who may be "threats" to the safety of Presidents, Senators, Representatives, Governors, etc. That's 400,000 out of 220,000,000 adults, or 4/220, which is just short of 2% of the adult population.

Your math is off .... that's 4/2200 or 0.18% of the population. Double check it and you'll see it.

Read further and you should see the new answer ~ which is the only thing important. At the end of a year each TSA field agent should have somewhere between 20 and 30 people wandering the parking lots at airports trying to find them to hurt them really bad.

This is not a good scene.

BTW, they may have been ahead with 200 to 300 people looking for them since a crowd that big would probably draw the attention of the police.
