I’m sorry, I’m not sure what is meant by that post. The helicopter was moving around too much to have pictures of the lingering smoke plume after the object disapeared into the west? It was moving around too much to make all the footage useless exept for less than a minute of footage including edits?
Why do you think all the unedited footage has not been released?

Gee... sudden changes of altitude. Probably because it keep disappearing from view, and they had to ‘chase’ the setting sunlight to get it to appear. The ‘cuts’ in the edited/short version video are to hide the ‘lost sight’ periods.
Eventually, it would make the plane look like it was ‘rising’ straight up, and going fast, and making erratic movements similar to a missile flight, due to the movements of the helicopter.
Nah.... they wouldn’t just try to use all that to slip a fast one to us. Not CBS. Have they ever lied to us before?
