Good point, BO’s TSA Assaults are far more eggregious violations of the 4th Amendment. These BO’s TSA Pervert Thugs are subject to indictment in every County where they are committing these crimes. Contact your County Sheriff, DA, Grand Jury Foreman or Police Chief if you witness one of BO’s TSA Thugs committing an assault.

Kyllo involved a person’s home. IIRC, the opinion of the court, including Scalia, is that out in the public, one cannot have a similar “expectation of privacy.” Hence, sniffing dogs at a public roadblock are acceptable. I would think that these airport searches are acceptable under the same regime.
