No, apparently members of the third branch of government, the Silent Court, are sucking their thumbs and contemplating the universe. What a waste of a good building to have it occupied by a gutless court that allows the nation to be attacked and the Constitution abused by the Chicago thugs who have taken control of everything. The imperial presidency has rendered the other two branches of government irrelevant.
