IF this thing ever flew it was not a flying saucer but a flying prop disc (think ‘air car’ more recently) for which prototypes constructed by American manufacture have found no maintainable directional control for flight. Fun balderdash, but still just balderdash.
Funnily enough, when the British overran Pennemunde in 1945, there was and is photo/video evidence of circular UFO like craft that the British captured. Prototype stage.
