By the way, the first amendment of the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION guarantees the right of a free press, and that includes recording video in ALL public places including the airport terminal. If the government can record, then the people sure as hell can!

They just don’t like being recorded while they trample the rights of the people. It makes for bad press, and commies hate bad press.

Laws regarding recording of telephone or face-to-face conversations vary by state. Was there an expectation of privacy by either party?
