I'm not going to defend the TSA or the San Diego Police. But I think we should choose our "martyrs" carefully. Just as I am distrustful of lefties who put themselves into confrontation with authority, I am similarly distrustful of people who would appear to be on my side who provoke. These are people who would get a hard time from Israeli type security also. Their stories are probably not exactly as depicted.

If our constitutional rights are not defended, we lose them. This man chose to stand up for his. I like his chances. He formerly sued San Diego for open carry false arrest and won. He was not provoking "the system" at that time, he was standing up for his constitutional rights; it was a police officer(s) who tried to deny him his.
