I met someone yesterday that bought into "This is necessary". I lit up his ears. I asked him why he thought he needed the government to defend him anyway.
He said "I could get a gun permit".
I asked "Why do you even need the governments permission to defend your family".
I made him very uncomfortable as he'd never thought about it.
