There are numerous stories on the internet concerning people with medical problems being harassed by the TSA. Why can’t we insist that a person from the medical profession be available to do the screenings in these situations? Under HIPA don’t we have a right to medical privacy?

No you don’t actually.

HIPPA just prevents your relatives from finding out how you are.

“Law enforcement” basicly has a blank check. [”Ok we see that you had screws in you arm. BTW your blood pressure is a bit high...”]
