I don’t understand what you’re seeing as not in any way similar? All three look basically the same to me.
FWIW, the guy shot this from Mission Viejo he says. That’s unfortunate in that it would help to see it from a radically different angle which this is not.
Also unfortunately, the plane hypothesis says it would not look nearly as dramatic, or have the same vertical perspective illusion when seen from a very different angle.
I might not have made that last point very clearly.
If we had a video of the event from a very different angle and it seems close to the same - a vertical trajectory - that’s evidence in favor of the missile hypothesis. If the trajectory is much more horizontal, that’s in favor of the plane hypothesis.
