fyi
McClintock is one of the good ones. I also hope that Republicans don’t blow it again, either.
In the mean time, locals are sending village idiots (blue dogs) like Dennis Cardoza (CA 18) and Jim Costa (CA 20) to become minority leaders on committees.
One of the few politicians who actually seems to understand what average everyday regular people do in the lives. And he tries to keep government off our backs.
After a long pause, he added, This time, please dont screw it up again.
The first one that utters the words, Bipartisan, compromise, across the aisle. Is the next to go down. Hatch you are going down anyway. Just because I want to dance on your political grave, singing hallelujah. I think we are great at taking out our own, I suggest we do it every election.
The CAGOP is dead.
After their picking Red Arnold, you’d think it would learn its lesson and re-embrace conservatism. It didn’t.
Even Reagan couldn’t save the party there today.
If Tom has his way, there will be no screw ups, and the House will move steadily forward with conservative policy.
The Meaning of the Recent Elections
In the two most recent elections, each political party was soundly, sequentially rejected, but for different reasons. Simply and bluntly: * The Republicans were tossed out because they did not govern according to their principles.
One party lost because it misbehaved; the other because it revealed itself.
* The Democrats were tossed out because they did govern according to their principles.
PING!
McClintock Ping List
Freepmail me if you want on or off this list
McClintock’s great........... but is not selling himself well.
How come Tom’s never on various Fox News programs - Hannity Greta etc?
Michele Bachmann, Newt, Palin, others are there just about every day.
McClintock REALLY needs to get on Fox more frequently if he wants to be President someday.
He’s practically HIDING at this point. NOT GOOD FOR HIM!
Comeon Tom, get OUT there~
Now that the House, in January, will have the majority I expect nothing. Absolution nothing.
Wish he could have been our Gov
When I met him in person, I thought him a rather handsome man and a fiery orator. He will stand up for rural people, against over-regulation of the natural resource industries and for responsible use of our public lands. Look forward to his contributions to the House Natural Resources Committee Republicans http://republicans.resourcescommittee.house.gov/ We are lucky to have him.
