Born-here citizenship (Anwar al-Awlaki's for instance) is granted by the Constitution and can only be stripped if the Constitution is amended to allow doing so.

It's basic that what's done by the Constitution can't be undone by statute law, and no law that tries to remove a born-here's citizenship will survive an encounter with the modern Supreme Court.

The latest SC case cited in the article is (Vance v. Terrazas (1980)) but you may be right with our sitting court. I’m sure no authority on it.

As reluctant as I am to assist the dumb 1 in the white house, there may be a way out for him. What is needed is a large dose of "due process". In view of the fact that the dumb SOB has violated his oath to support the Constitution and laws of the United States, we should get our new house of representatives to impeach the SOB for failing to support the Constitution. After the impeachment we can cut a deal to have both him and that fool biden resign. Then we can get the NEW SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE to move up to the no. 1 job and begin to clean up the mess the democrat ts have made of things.

You are right, just kill the SOB, then order pardons all around to those who do it.
