So if I wear a headscarf is it automatically assumed I’m a muslim? Does anyone know here if that is confirmed by having to utter some arabic phrase or is just an automatic okay?

If you wear a headscarf to cover your bald head because of the side-effects of chemotherapy or to conceal a scalp infection or a bad hair day they will ask you if you are a Muslim.
If you answer in the negative you will be ogled or groped!
