I find all of this really unusual.

I think absentee ballots could come in for 15 more days after 11/2. (fraud potential high)

This happened in Angle vs. Reid, also and we all thought it was really unusual, too. Angle didn’t stop the vote certification like Joe has to get a little better look.

Thousands more voted for Senator than did Gov or Lt. Gov on their ballots in NV’s case.

I think absentee military ballots were allowed to get in as late as 11/17. This would be easy to knock if one looked at how many absentee military voted in past elections.

If those write in ballots didn’t have “Lisa Murkowski” on them, they should NOT count as a vote for her. Voter intent should not matter. If they wanted to vote for her, then they should have gotten the name correct. We can’t let voter intent decide an election on write ins because it completely changes our primary system. This should not be allowed. I don’t care WHO the candidate is! It will get completely out of CONTROL!!

Agree on the 'intent'. The same people who stretch 'intent' like a cheap rubber band, are the same who do not care if Military ballots are counted. Oh no. ..'sorry'. . .Also, these bags of votes, that show up in the back rooms, or in one's car - should be 'carefully' considered and those so irreponsible, held accountable.

90,740 Joe Miller's total votes

92,715 Lisa Murkowski's total write-in uncontested votes (another 8,153 were contested)

Are these raw counts or have all 92,715 write-in ballots been counted? That is does Murkowski have 92,715 ballots with her name written correctly on them?

I was quite surprised she did nothing; moreso, when every polls preceding the election had her ahead. And then the machine registered Reid even though they didn’t vote for him and had to repeat the process a few times to get it to register correctly. Then the blackout.

Any word from her about this?

I remember hearing something about spoiled ballots counting for the cow. This would bump the hand count over the electronic count and it is very wrong. Spoiled ballots in most states are set aside and never counted in subsequent recounts. I don’t know about AK but here in FL, you are allowed to get up to two new ballots if you make an error. If you count those spoiled ballots, you are giving some of the voters more than one vote in races where they voted the same way on both ballots.

Grateful that Joe is laying himself down in order to shine a light on the goings on of acorn tactics in elections whether he wins or loses. He is no chump and he should not throw a good chance for giving us a close up on chicanery by conceding. It is outrageous that Lisa, who is unfit for office, loses with no grace and then wins with arrogance and taking cheap shots at Palin. Alaska must be hell on wheels contrary to the public perception that it is too cold to quarrel up there.

You’re right about ‘intent’. I suppose that next could come people who say they ‘intended’ to vote but something came up and they didn’t get around to it but now they’d like to put it their vote for Murky.

If that is enough to put her ahead, yes.

If that isn’t enough to put her ahead,some more ballots will be “mysterly” discovered.

What you arewatching is a theft in progress. Miller is not being a “good German” and going along with it.

Joe has only one chance of winning ad two things must happen...

1) A court orders the DOE to follow the law and only count ballots for Murkowski that are properly filled in and spelled.

2) A court rules that some ballots have received unequal treatment under the 14th amendment and that all ballots must be hand counted in the same way.

IOW dumping the 8000 some contested votes and finding roughly 2500 more votes for Miller that were not counted by the machines for some reason.

I believe that is the case. Joe Miller’s count watchers were contesting any ballot that had a misspelling. I don’t see a way for Miller to win at this point.

It's becoming pretty obvious that some sort of shenanigans was afoot - probably safe to say that happens in most elections where the "dem scum" (I put Lisa the Cow into that category) detects any sort of threat by a legitimate conservative candidate.

The question for me is this - say there is solid evidence that there was fraud - what is the remedy?
