What this study really proves, is that Enoch Powell was right.
Actually what Powell really said has been distorted for 40 years by both the left and right, one who sees him as a racist bogeyman, and the other as a prophetic hero.
Neither are right, and he especially destested the use of himself by the far right, as he fought Fascism in ww2.
Powell was not a racist either, and he was a classical scholar who was fascinated by the history of the Middle East and India and proudly spoke Punjabi and Urdu fluently.
What Powell was warning about was the imposition of large immigrant groups into Britain without proper assimililation.
He actually warned in 1968 against ANY huge immigration to Britain by any large group and made this clear on a famous interview on the BBCs famous radio show Any Questions where he made that point and made it clear that he utterly opposed the notion of racial superiority.
