Bear with me jake, did Thune vote no on the bill after debate was over? Does this bill go back to the house?

Well I am no wiz either..LOL But from what I understand cloture passed so their is no more debate and a fillibuster is out of the question...But the bill must be voted on with ALL Amendments in 60 days in the Senate.....(Had some of these Republicans NOT voted for Cloture it might have died from a long Fillibuster)
