"Joe Miller was -- was clearly appealing to that more conservative element. But, in our state, we have got -- we have got over 54 percent of the electorate that chooses not to align themselves with any party at all, not Republican, not Democrat, not Green, not anything," Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) told PBS.

Sounds better than saying “I relied on union thugs, Palin-haters, and the Corrupt Bastards Club to win”

She did a Lieberman, playing the demographics of the state against her party. The difference is, Lieberman had the dignity to get himself properly on the ballot in Connecticut.

Murkowski: I Relied On Democrats And Independents To WinThat ought to tell the voters of Alaska something. Of course, they may not care.

She’s beyond RINO, she’s just lured herself as a full fledged liberal scumbag.
Start referring to her as a den-o-rat.

So, has Miller conceded? I just want to see photos of all the write-in ballots they gave to Murkowski.

Welllll....... Murkowski could well be right about that.
The assumption around here appears to be that Miller would have won, had Murkowski not run her successful write-in campaign.
But, really.... who's to say that a majority of those votes wouldn't instead have gone to the Democrat?
In any case, the fact that Murkowski did win a statewide write-in campaign, says a lot about Miller's actual viability as a candidate -- it clearly wasn't that great to begin with.

bet it wasnt many independents and mostly Dems so you know what she will support. And lets face it, the Republican party didnt do much to stop her. They are just as worried about Tea Party forming a 3rd party as the Democrats are.

She was elected by the money that goes to native ‘leaders’.
Her success, if it holds, shows why government money never goes to solve a problem.
