It has been a long time since someone called me "son" (except my 85 year old father). I turn 63 next month.
I was trying say that the reason it came out of committee was the revised wording required a "judge" to make the determination for shutting down a website for the specific purpose of copyright. I know that "copyright infringement" is a vague term, and I know that there are some "terrible" judges who are shills to this bunch of Commies. But in my opinion, the appearance of some check & balance is why it came out of committee. Right or wrong.
And on the subject of (RINO) Senator Cornyn, he is 4 years from facing an election but he will be toast then.
OK, thanks.
When I called Cornyn’s office, I told them that the average digital pirate is probably more ethical than Eric Holder, so if they really believe that the AG needs the power to shut down websites (which is very dubious IMO), at least wait until a better AG is in power.
