Just curious, how would you know something like that? My wife worked in all aspects of critical care nursing for 15 years, and I have worked in Radiology for nearly 30 years, and in our experience it doesn’t happen all the time.
Has it happened? I don’t doubt it. But not all the time.
I think if you look at some of the serial nurse/doctor killers who got away with hundreds of deaths over the course of decades at hospitals of various reputes, you’ll notice one shocking pattern - that nobody asks too many questions when certain people die.
