The House ethics committee has recommended censure for Representative Charles B. Rangel for ethics violations. More than a normal human being could experience and still survive!
It's inhuman what these congress critters may have to go through while doing the peoples business.
I'd run for office myself if it weren't for the possibility of the hellish censure facing me head on!

The way I understand this is that these hearings were not criminal hearings but strictly related to House rules. Censure adds weight to criminal charges, if the House requests the Dept of Justice to bring charges.
