That is the part that scares me the most. Standards for voting have declined to the point that my sister-in-law who is a nurse in a nursing home reports that a black woman went down the halls and filled out ballots for bedridden patients who are not even able to watch television. Naturally they all voted Democrat. Of course many of those who walk into the polling booth are no better qualified to judge the candidates than the nursing home patients.
