Nope. And if they did at the level the TSA is doing without due cause, there would be civil rights violation charges that would stick in a court of law.
Then that is what must change. Searching without PROBABLE CAUSE. I.E. The P.C.-Random search of only those who look like they would never be a terrorist.
Use the NO FLY list, allow the FBI/CIA/HOMELAND SECURITY to freely exchange information, PROFILE, use DOGS, and AGENTS trained to detect suspicious behavior. Pull those people out of line and search them.
It's how they used to do it when the only 'contraband' was drugs, not bombs.
