The high prices for food and drinks, at sporting events, aren’t mainly because of taxes. The main reason is because the vendors are greedy, although taxes increase the prices, slightly.

I also blame the unions. I used to sell baseball cards at Sox Fest when it was at the Hyatt. I had to pay a union fee and I wasn't allowed to unload stuff from my vehicle. The union workers had to it was actual law if you can believe it. Mind you I had a cart to carry everything myself but nope, the unions had to get their cut of the pie. The unions also gave Quinn the win.
