I have an idea.

Big hug billboards about 1/2 mile near the entrance of major US airports.

They could say "WELCOME TO [DALLAS-FORT WORTH AIRPORT]. A CONSTITUTION-FREE ZONE"

Just vary the name of the airport for each billboard.

Make that "huge" billboards.

"Hug" (sic) is what the TSApervs will want to do to five year old boys.
