I have been calling on my State Rep to file exactly this bill for over a year, now.

This had better pass, or those that oppose it will be getting replaced.

Add to it a college transcript or proof of citizenship when entering college.

Some people have gone to other countries and might have returned as college students on Foreign Exchange scholorships and passports.
