Russia will be giving Lebanon a free, unconditional gift of arms and military supplies to strengthen the Lebanese army, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin told Lebanese Prime Minister Sa'ad Hariri this week. The gift will include six Mi-24 attack helicopters, 31 T-72 tanks, 36 130-millimeter artillery pieces and 500,000 shells to be used by existing Lebanese artillery.

It's called 'dumping the trash'. This is used equipment. The MI-24 and the T-72 are both 40 year old designs. They're obsolete. No threat at all to anything Israel has. The M-46 is a towed artillery piece that is even older, dating back to the 1950's. This is stuff the Russians couldn't sell at a garage sale, so they're giving it away.
And nary a word from the Muslim in the White House about it. Hmmm.......
